NorthWorx helps independent service businesses with their websites, online presence, and everyday office work. We are based in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania.
Founder & Owner
Ian Gladkowski
He brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the automotive service industry, including work as a technician, service-management responsibilities, and day-to-day shop operations.
Working in a local service business in Dingmans Ferry showed Ian how easily the website, scheduling, and customer follow-up can fall behind while a team is busy serving customers.
That experience shapes how Ian works with clients: understand the day-to-day problem, explain the options, and test the work before relying on it.

Why NorthWorx exists
The work behind the work.
Running a service business means doing the job and keeping everything around it moving. The website needs updating, the phone keeps ringing, and someone still has to follow up with customers.
NorthWorx focuses on that work: making business information easier to find, improving websites, and helping routine tasks take less attention.
The starting point is a conversation about what is getting in your way. From there, we explain the options and agree on a manageable project.
NorthWorx is based in Dingmans Ferry and serves the local PA–NJ–NY Tri-State area, with a primary focus on Pike County and northeastern Pennsylvania, northwestern New Jersey, and nearby New York communities; remote service may be available beyond the region when the engagement is a fit.
Consultations are available by appointment Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern. NorthWorx does not currently accept walk-in visits. The Dingmans Ferry office receives clients only after an appointment has been arranged.
