This operational policy describes current website practices. It is not a legal opinion, and it may be refined after qualified review.
Website behavior
The website includes approved HighLevel channels for consultation intake and a chat-based entry path. These routes ask for standard contact details and explicit consent choices where required. Information is sent only when a person submits through one of those routes. Viewing a page alone does not submit a request or schedule a consultation.
Booking and form pathways are part of the prepared architecture and should remain tied only to reviewed, approved production settings. Hosting and chat providers may process request information and may set cookies needed to deliver or protect their services. NorthWorx does not describe retention or security settings it cannot verify.
Optional website analytics
NorthWorx uses Google Analytics 4 only when a visitor chooses to accept optional analytics through the website preference notice. When accepted, it measures page visits, selections of the Book an introductory audit action, and AI Opportunity Calculator activity such as starts, completions, CTA selections, successful review-request submissions, estimated lead score, and score category. NorthWorx does not intentionally send form entries, chat messages, names, business names, telephone numbers, email addresses, visitor messages, or other contact details to Google Analytics.
Declining optional analytics does not prevent access to the website, chat, forms, or booking tools. The preference is stored in the visitor’s browser and can be changed with the Analytics preferences control. Google may process analytics information under its own terms and privacy practices after a visitor accepts.
Information NorthWorx may receive
When a person contacts NorthWorx directly or through an authorized production channel, NorthWorx may receive the information that person chooses to provide, such as name, business, email, phone, service interest, message, account context, and scheduling details.
- Business and contact information
- Service, project, and consultation details
- Communications and support records
- Technical and usage information only when the applicable production provider is authorized and disclosed
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond, evaluate fit, prepare or provide requested services, operate and protect systems, maintain records, meet legal obligations, and improve authorized business processes. NorthWorx should not use information for any undisclosed production purpose.
Providers and integrations
The website uses an approved hosting and delivery path, HighLevel-hosted widget and form routes, and optional Google Analytics 4 measurement when a visitor accepts it. Any additional provider connection requires an evidence-based privacy review, testing, and separate activation authorization before it is added.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms and practices. A provider connection does not create universal compliance or eliminate provider risk.
Chat, email, and telephone
The chat and form pathways and any consultation options should only operate inside approved routes with explicit consent and published operational rules.
Email remains the primary direct contact method and telephone is secondary. Selecting an email or telephone link hands the action to the visitor’s own device and communications provider. Production messaging remains available only through separately reviewed and authorized workflow settings.
Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data may be shared only with service providers as necessary to deliver requested messages or as required by law.
Retention, access, and security limits
NorthWorx does not publish one universal retention period that would be inaccurate across record types. Direct communications and project records may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, provide agreed services, maintain business records, address disputes, meet legal obligations, or support recovery. A specific service agreement or approved provider process may define a narrower schedule.
No internet transmission, provider, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed absolutely secure. NorthWorx describes only safeguards and practices it can support and verify.
Choices and requests
A person may contact NorthWorx to ask about access, correction, deletion, communication preferences, or other applicable rights. The response depends on identity verification, applicable law, provider capability, and lawful retention needs.
