This statement is not an accessibility certification or a claim of complete WCAG conformance. It describes the current design approach and how to report a barrier.
Commitment and target
NorthWorx intends the website to be understandable and usable by a broad range of people and targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the redesigned experience. A target is not a claim that every page, provider, or future change is automatically conformant.
Measures in the redesigned website
The website uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, text alternatives or labels for meaningful visuals, strong contrast targets, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, zoom testing, and essential content outside Canvas.
- Skip navigation and logical focus order
- Visible focus with light and dark variants
- Static, reduced-motion, and offscreen-paused hero behavior
- Direct-contact language that does not imply form submission or booking
- Responsive testing from 320 through 1440 CSS pixels
Known limits and continued review
No statement or automated test can establish that every person, browser, device, assistive technology, or future content change will have the same experience. NorthWorx will continue reviewing representative paths, including the authorized HighLevel chat widget, and will evaluate any future form, calendar, media, or third-party provider separately before activation.
