Services and fit

Can we begin with one service?

Yes. Starting with one visible bottleneck is often the clearest way to establish a useful baseline. The five services connect, but a project does not need to activate all of them.

Who does NorthWorx help?

NorthWorx is designed for owner-operated and independently managed local service businesses. Based in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, NorthWorx serves businesses across the local PA–NJ–NY Tri-State area, with a primary focus on northeastern Pennsylvania, northwestern New Jersey, and nearby New York communities. Remote work may be available beyond the region when the engagement is a fit.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

Bring the problem rather than a solution. The consultation path is meant to separate website, local visibility, reputation, communication, and repeatable-work issues before recommending a scope.

Scope, timing, and cost

How long does a project take?

NorthWorx does not publish one generic website completion range. The written proposal defines the estimated schedule from scope, complexity, content and media readiness, feedback and approvals, access, inherited-platform condition, integrations, outside providers, and change requests. Website timing begins only after agreement, the required initial payment, essential materials, and necessary access are received.

Where can I see pricing?

Website and Reputation Management pricing are proposal-specific and unpublished. Historical reputation pilot pricing is retained only as internal planning context and is not a current or automatically available offer. A selective founding-partner engagement requires confirmed capacity, fit, access, consent, written terms, and every required activation approval.

What does NorthWorx need from the owner?

Usually accurate business facts, current accounts and access, service details, customer questions, policies, source material, approvals, and someone with authority to handle exceptions.

What is normally included in a website project?

A website proposal may include discovery, review of approved materials, sitemap and page planning, content and conversion hierarchy, responsive design and development, light editing of client-supplied copy, mobile usability, accessibility, performance and technical SEO foundations, internal linking, testing, launch preparation, handoff, and appropriate documentation. The written scope controls the exact deliverables.

Are full copywriting, hosting, maintenance, ecommerce, and advanced integrations included?

Not automatically. Full copywriting and research, hosting, domain services, ongoing maintenance or SEO, ecommerce, advanced integrations, custom software, legal work, professional media, licensed assets, subscriptions, and provider fees require a separate proposal, add-on, care plan, or recurring scope when offered.

How do website revisions work?

The standard website project includes two structured revision rounds at each major approved milestone, consolidated feedback from one authorized approver, and written approval before the next phase. Correcting a NorthWorx implementation defect is not a client revision. New or materially different work is a separately scoped change.

How does NorthWorx review website quality and accessibility?

NorthWorx sets project-specific performance budgets and reviews representative pages, templates, components, and user paths. The professional targets include strong Core Web Vitals, efficient delivery, responsive behavior, technical SEO foundations, and WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance where applicable to the agreed work. They are not guarantees of perfect scores, rankings, certification, legal compliance, universal compatibility, or permanent performance.

What happens after a website launches?

The proposal defines a defect-correction window for reproducible defects in the approved NorthWorx work. Reports should identify the page, expected and observed behavior, reproduction steps, relevant device and browser details, and useful screenshots. NorthWorx confirms receipt within one business day, but that is not a guaranteed repair time. Proposal-only Website Care and Website Care + Improvement frameworks may be offered through a separate written agreement; neither includes emergency or 24/7 support, unlimited work, guaranteed uptime or security, or continuous active monitoring.

Who is responsible for launching a website?

The proposal or launch checklist assigns each task. The client owns business facts, approvals, account authority, provider costs, feedback, and final written production authorization. NorthWorx owns the scoped implementation, representative testing, readiness records, known-limit record, handoff documentation, and scoped pre-acceptance corrections. Timing, DNS, hosting coordination, recovery, rollback, production verification, and observation receive a specifically named owner before launch.

Can NorthWorx show my website in its portfolio?

Only with separate written permission. NorthWorx must not publicly use a client’s name, logo, testimonial, screenshots, project details, analytics, results, or completed work in a portfolio, case study, proposal, social post, or promotion without that permission.

Contact and consultations

How should I contact NorthWorx?

Email ian@northworxhq.com is the primary direct contact method. Telephone at (570) 776-8099 is the secondary method. The consultation page also provides approved forms and scheduling options when available through configured NorthWorx systems.

When are consultations available?

Consultations are available by appointment Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern. NorthWorx responds within one business day.

Can I visit the NorthWorx office without an appointment?

No. The Dingmans Ferry office receives clients by appointment only and does not accept unscheduled walk-ins. Directions are provided only when an appointment is arranged.

AI, automation, and control

Does AI run the business?

No. Repeatable assistance can operate only inside an approved boundary. Consequential decisions, ambiguous cases, exceptions, promises, and sensitive actions should remain visible to people with authority.

Can NorthWorx guarantee automation accuracy or uptime?

No. Providers, inputs, permissions, rules, and business conditions can fail or change. A responsible workflow includes testing, visible errors, human routing, maintenance, and recovery.

Are the retired AI Demo examples still available?

The dedicated `/ai-demo` page has been retired. Use `/services/ai-business-automation` and current resource pages for the approved service framework and boundaries.

Proof, privacy, and production

Does NorthWorx guarantee rankings, reviews, leads, or revenue?

No. NorthWorx can improve foundations, processes, and measurement. Platforms and customers remain outside NorthWorx control, and activity or visibility evidence does not automatically prove business outcomes.

Does this website collect information through forms?

The website includes approved NorthWorx consultation entry forms and a chat-based entry option. These routes are connected through governed workflows and consented communication settings, then routed through separate activation gates.

Are analytics, chat, calendars, or automations connected to this website?

HighLevel chat and approved consultation pathways are connected. Analytics, broader automations, additional calendars, and full workflow-based messaging remain inactive for this website until each is separately reviewed, tested, and authorized.
