Primary value

Turn an occasional task into a clear reputation process that the business can understand and control.

The service is designed around understandable business value, visible limits, and a useful next decision—not a pile of technical tasks.

01

A consistent request path

Define when and how customers receive a neutral, appropriate invitation to share feedback.

02

Visible response work

Keep new feedback and response needs from disappearing into disconnected accounts.

03

Better operating context

See recurring themes without treating reviews as a substitute for real customer conversations.

Service scope

A practical, Google-first reputation system—not a shortcut.

The standard starting point is Google. Additional review sources are evaluated for relevance, access, policy compatibility, and written scope. Every communication, workflow, and production connection remains separately approval-gated.

  • Review-request process planning
  • Google review monitoring with an agreed cadence
  • Human-reviewed response drafting or response support
  • Internal escalation procedures
  • Trend and activity reporting
  • Practical recommendations based on legitimate customer feedback

How the work moves

A visible path from baseline to improvement.

Each stage produces an understandable decision or record. The process can stop when the next step is not supported by evidence, access, or authority.

  2. 02

  3. 03

Best fit

Established businesses ready to own the process.

  • Legitimate completed customer work
  • An accessible and policy-compliant Google Business Profile
  • Enough customer activity to support a repeatable process
  • Accurate business information
  • A named internal owner or decision-maker
  • Ability to verify customer-contact authority and consent
  • Willingness to respond honestly to positive and negative feedback
  • Reasonable capacity to address escalated customer concerns

Fit boundary: NorthWorx may decline, defer, or limit the scope when the required records, access, lawful contact basis, approver, customer activity, or escalation capacity are not ready.

Default ongoing framework

Setup plus accountable management.

  • Baseline reputation and profile review
  • Review-request process planning
  • Customer-eligibility rules
  • Approved request-language preparation
  • Response workflow and brand-voice guidance
  • Escalation categories and responsibility map
  • Agreement-defined Google review monitoring
  • Human-reviewed response drafting
  • Monthly activity and trend reporting
  • Practical process-improvement recommendations

Proposal controls: Exact volume, cadence, platforms, response responsibilities, reporting, customer-contact workflows, and pricing remain proposal-specific. Setup-and-handoff may be offered when appropriate but is not the default.

Workflow readiness

Customer-contact activity waits for the complete readiness record.

Proposal acceptance does not authorize customer-data handling or production activity. Consent and legal uncertainty stop activation pending qualified review.

  • Unreliable customer records
  • Missing authorized profile access
  • No supportable lawful contact basis
  • No responsible internal approver
  • Insufficient customer activity
  • No reasonable ability to handle escalated complaints
  • Verified business name, location, contact information, hours, services, and applicable policies
  • Delegated platform access through approved invitation methods
  • Approved brand voice and response guidelines
  • A documented definition of an eligible completed customer interaction
  • An authorized and traceable customer-contact source
  • Documented consent or other qualified legal basis appropriate to the channel and intended communication
  • Suppression, unsubscribe, opt-out, complaint, and do-not-contact records
  • A named public-response approver
  • A named escalation contact
  • Approved request and follow-up wording
  • Approved sending identity and provider configuration
  • A2P approval where SMS is involved
  • Synthetic tests that do not contact real customers
  • Documented configuration review
  • Separate written production-activation authorization

Data boundary: Customer records are not imported, uploaded, enriched, messaged, or connected merely because a proposal has been accepted.

Human control and reporting

Draft carefully. Escalate honestly. Report what the evidence supports.

Initially, the named client approver authorizes every public response. Escalation preserves the concern, alerts the designated contact, and documents the decision path—it does not suppress legitimate criticism.

Non-messaging work

Useful preparation before activation

  • Profile review
  • Public-review monitoring at the agreed cadence
  • Response drafting
  • Policy preparation
  • Workflow design
  • Synthetic testing
  • Reporting preparation

Always escalate

No automatic public response

  • Legal threats or threatened litigation
  • Safety issues or allegations of harm
  • Discrimination, harassment, or accessibility complaints
  • Refund, chargeback, warranty, or payment disputes
  • Privacy, confidential-information, or data-handling concerns
  • Serious service failures or accusations of dishonesty
  • Employee allegations or internal personnel matters
  • Media inquiries or government or regulatory concerns
  • Uncertain, disputed, or unverifiable facts
  • Any situation where a public response could worsen the dispute

Monthly report

Facts, context, and follow-up

  • Review activity during the reporting period
  • Rating and review-volume trends with appropriate context
  • Response drafting, approval, and publication status
  • Recurring customer-feedback themes
  • Escalated matters and their current status
  • Workflow or delivery observations
  • Recommended operational follow-up
  • Known limitations, unavailable data, or incomplete information

Support boundary

  • Monitoring cadence is defined in the agreement and is not constant, immediate, real-time, or continuously staffed
  • Reports distinguish facts from interpretation and do not claim unsupported rating, ranking, lead, or revenue causation
  • Support requests are acknowledged within one business day during published business hours
  • Acknowledgment does not guarantee immediate publication, correction, review removal, platform action, workflow repair, customer resolution, emergency service, or 24/7 coverage
  • NorthWorx does not provide legal advice or independently declare a contact list compliant
  • Uncertain consent, customer ownership, suppression history, or applicable law blocks activation pending qualified review

Separate written scope

Escalate these matters; do not claim responsibility for resolving them.

  • Crisis communications or public-relations management
  • Legal disputes, legal strategy, or legal advice
  • Direct customer-service resolution
  • Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, or collection matters
  • Warranty, workmanship, or liability decisions
  • Employee, contractor, or internal personnel matters
  • Guaranteed removal of reviews
  • Platform appeals, suspensions, reinstatement, or ownership disputes
  • Investigation or determination of disputed facts
  • Facebook, Yelp, industry platforms, surveys, testimonials, or first-party review programs
  • Paid advertising or reputation-related promotional campaigns
  • Emergency, immediate-response, or 24/7 monitoring
  • Guaranteed ratings, review volume, rankings, leads, revenue, or customer outcomes

Onboarding readiness

Facts, authority, policies, and named people come first.

  • Verified business and Google Business Profile information
  • Delegated access through the platform's approved invitation method
  • A named response approver
  • A named escalation contact and backup when available
  • Approved brand voice and response guidance
  • Relevant customer-service, refund, warranty, privacy, and escalation policies
  • A documented definition of an eligible completed customer interaction
  • An authorized and traceable customer-contact source
  • Consent, suppression, unsubscribe, opt-out, complaint, and do-not-contact records when messaging is proposed
  • Approved request wording and public-response boundaries
  • Confirmation of the platforms and locations covered by the agreement

Secure access: NorthWorx does not request or accept passwords, recovery codes, reusable credentials, private keys, 2FA codes, or shared personal logins through ordinary email, forms, questionnaires, or project documents. Missing or uncertain access, consent, policy, ownership, or customer-data information blocks the affected activity.

Report evidence

Make the source and limitation clear.

  • Separate observed facts from NorthWorx interpretation
  • Identify platform-provided data
  • Identify client-supplied information
  • Record unavailable or incomplete information
  • Do not claim causation when evidence supports only an association or trend

Cancellation and handoff

Stop cleanly without damaging the client's systems.

Notice, minimum term, billing, refunds, final-service date, and transition assistance remain proposal-specific.

  • Stop scoped monitoring, drafting, reporting, and workflow activity on the agreed date
  • Prevent new automated activity from continuing under NorthWorx's authority
  • Document unresolved approvals and open escalations
  • Return or export client-owned materials when technically and legally available
  • Identify remaining platforms, subscriptions, workflows, and dependencies
  • Explain known limitations and unfinished transition items
  • Remove NorthWorx access through an agreed and verified process
  • Confirm agreement- and obligation-based record retention or deletion
  • Never delete client data, disable client systems, or remove access without explicit authorization and a verified target

Trust through clear limits

What stays outside the promise

These boundaries protect the business from overpromising and keep the service understandable for owners and customers.

  • No review gating or selectively requesting reviews only from customers expected to respond positively
  • No incentives tied to positive reviews
  • No suppression or obstruction of legitimate negative feedback
  • No fabricated reviews, identities, experiences, or responses
  • No claim that monitoring is constant or instantaneous
  • No guaranteed review volume, rating, ranking, leads, revenue, or removal of valid reviews
  • No AI-generated public response without the required human-review process
  • No email, SMS, workflow, import, or platform connection without every required approval

Service questions

What owners usually need to know first.

Can NorthWorx guarantee more five-star reviews?

No. NorthWorx can help build an honest, consistent request and response process. Customers decide whether to review and what to say.

What happens with negative feedback?

The workflow should surface it for an appropriate human response and operational follow-up. It should not hide unhappy customers or prevent them from reaching a review platform.

Which platforms are included?

Google is the standard starting point. Facebook, Yelp, industry platforms, first-party testimonials, surveys, directories, and other review sources are evaluated and scoped separately. Google-first does not mean Google-exclusive; an additional platform must be relevant, accessible, policy-compatible, and included in the written agreement.

Is a founding-partner engagement available?

NorthWorx may selectively offer a closely supported founding-partner engagement after capacity, fit, platform access, technical requirements, consent, communication requirements, scope, term, pricing, responsibilities, limitations, and activation approvals are confirmed. Pricing remains proposal-specific and unpublished. Founding status does not guarantee a discount, permanent price, result, or permission to use the client publicly.

How long does setup take?

Every customer-facing schedule is proposal-specific and begins only after the required information, access, approvals, and initial payment are received. NorthWorx does not publish the historical internal setup estimate because configuration time is separate from client preparation, consent, verification, testing, provider, A2P, and activation delays.

Who is a good fit for ongoing reputation management?

The standard fit is an established local service business with legitimate completed work, an accessible policy-compliant Google profile, enough customer activity for a repeatable process, accurate information, a named internal owner, verifiable contact authority and consent, honest response practices, and capacity to address escalated concerns.

Does NorthWorx publish responses automatically?

No. Initially, every public response requires authorization from the named client approver. A future agreement could establish a separately tested low-risk publishing boundary, but legal, safety, discrimination, payment, privacy, serious-service, personnel, media, regulatory, disputed-fact, and dispute-escalation situations still route to a person without an automatic public response.

What can happen before messaging is approved?

A separate non-messaging scope may cover profile review, public-review monitoring at the agreed cadence, response drafting, policy preparation, workflow design, synthetic testing, and reporting preparation. It cannot import, upload, enrich, message, or connect customer records or bypass platform, privacy, access, legal, testing, configuration, or activation gates.
