Accurate business facts
Align identity, service, hours, contact, and location information with what the business can actually deliver.
Local Beacon · Service 03
NorthWorx helps organize and improve Google Business Profile information, ownership, services, activity, and measurement while respecting Google-controlled verification and platform decisions.
Primary value
The service is designed around understandable business value, visible limits, and a useful next decision—not a pile of technical tasks.
Align identity, service, hours, contact, and location information with what the business can actually deliver.
Make categories, services, photos, updates, and links serve a clear customer question.
Treat profile activity as one signal in a larger journey—not a standalone promise of revenue.
Service scope
A scoped engagement can examine the areas below. Verification, reinstatement, edits, visibility, and feature availability remain subject to Google.
How the work moves
Each stage produces an understandable decision or record. The process can stop when the next step is not supported by evidence, access, or authority.
Default engagement
Ongoing work is optional: Monthly management is not assumed. Any recurring updates, monitoring, reporting, multi-location coordination, media management, or continuing support requires a separate written proposal with exact tasks, cadence, limits, approvals, dependencies, pricing, and exclusions.
Standard written scope
Truth before visibility: NorthWorx does not add categories, services, locations, hours, attributes, links, or other information merely because it might improve visibility. Every material change requires truthful, supportable business information and client approval before implementation.
Separate evaluation and scope
These items may be useful, but they are not automatic parts of the standard one-time engagement.
Client authority and access
Credential boundary: NorthWorx never requests or retains Google passwords, reusable credentials, recovery codes, 2FA codes, or personal account access when approved delegated business access is available.
Separate diagnostic or recovery scope
Pause rule: If ownership, eligibility, access, or truthful business information cannot be established, implementation pauses. A public-information audit or separately scoped diagnostic may still be offered without accessing or changing the profile.
Platform authority
NorthWorx may inspect public information, organize evidence, document an issue, prepare client-approved submissions, and explain practical next steps. It cannot guarantee any platform-controlled result.
Seven-part delivery record
Consolidated approval does not require simultaneous submission. Approved changes may be staged for safety, traceability, validation, or troubleshooting, but any substantive deviation requires renewed client approval.
Available evidence, source dates, public observations, and known limitations.
Corrections, improvements, risks, and separately scoped work are distinguished.
Affected field, current and proposed values, source, reason, risk, dependency, and approval status.
Written authorization from one named client decision-maker.
Only authorized changes are submitted, with safe sequencing allowed inside the approved record.
Visible results, Google responses, processing states, rejected edits, unexpected changes, and unresolved items.
Final priorities, client responsibilities, limitations, and separately scoped next steps.

Timing, reporting, and maintenance
NorthWorx publishes no generic completion range. The one-time engagement concludes with a final report, not recurring monthly reporting.
Proposal timing
Final one-time report
Optional maintenance
Maintenance limits
Standard-service exclusions
These items are not included in the standard engagement. A separate evaluation does not create a guarantee or production authorization.

Trust through clear limits
These boundaries protect the business from overpromising and keep the service understandable for owners and customers.
Service questions
No. Google controls results, and visibility varies by relevance, distance, prominence, device, location, time, and personalization.
The business should retain appropriate ownership and control. NorthWorx access and roles should be limited to what the approved work requires.
A one-time audit and optimization engagement is the default. Ongoing maintenance may be offered separately when recurring updates, agreed monitoring, reporting, multi-location coordination, media management, or continuing support are justified. The written proposal defines every recurring task, cadence, limit, approval, dependency, price, and exclusion.
Verification difficulties, suspensions, reinstatement, ownership conflicts, duplicates, merges, eligibility questions, and similar complications require a separate diagnostic or recovery scope. NorthWorx may organize evidence and prepare client-approved submissions, but Google controls the decision and timing.
No. The client retains appropriate ownership and administrative control and provides access through Google's approved invitation and role system. NorthWorx does not request account passwords, recovery codes, 2FA codes, reusable credentials, or personal account access when delegated business access is available.
