A first dedicated website, a repeatable content rhythm, stronger local visibility, and measurement that can support better decisions.
The opportunity
Wrenches had years of business history and an established Facebook presence, but no dedicated website or unified process for Google visibility, publishing, reviews, lead-source information, and reporting. NorthWorx organized the facts and built that foundation before making performance claims.
What NorthWorx implemented
Built the business's first website from scratch around real services, local questions, and clear actions
Strengthened Google Business Profile content and local-search foundations
Created a repeatable Facebook and Google content rhythm
Organized review requests, responses, business facts, and brand guidance
Added lead-source fields, Search Console reporting, and Google Analytics
Early measured signals
Each figure keeps its original platform definition and date range. The metrics are not combined because they measure different actions. The 86 website clicks count clicks from the Google Business Profile only—not total visits to the new website or a before-and-after comparison.

Google Search Console recorded 833 impressions and 32 clicks from June 29 through July 24. Most clicks came from mobile devices, which supports the focus on a fast mobile experience and clear call actions.
Local search spot checks showed the Wrenches website appearing ahead of the older Facebook page and the business appearing in the local map pack for “auto repair near me.” This is useful evidence, but it is not a guaranteed or universal ranking.
| Query | Avg. position | Impressions |
|---|---|---|
| wrenches milford pa | 1.04 | 47 |
| wrenches mechanic | 1.60 | 75 |
| wrenches auto repair | 4.32 | 111 |
| auto repair near me | 5.50 | 4 |
Average position changes by location, device, date, and result type. Low-impression queries are directional signals, not stable ranking claims.
